This document refers to the adequacy of the general contracting conditions of the website www.arabic-cv.com (hereinafter the “Website”), owned by Azurius, SL, (hereinafter ARABICCV) to Spanish regulations, with particular attention to the Law on services of the information society and electronic commerce (hereinafter LSSI), Law that Modifies the Consolidated Text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users (hereinafter TRLGCU), Law on General Contracting Conditions (hereinafter LCGC), Unfair Competition Law (hereinafter LCD) and other complementary regulations.
Please find below the contract that will govern the contracting of products and services through the website www.arabic-cv.com (hereinafter the “Website”), owned by Azurius, S.L., (hereinafter ARABICCV). The acceptance of this contract implies that the consumer:
a) Has read and understood the contractual conditions set out here.
b) Is a natural person of legal age with the capacity to contract.
c) Assumes all the obligations set forth herein.
All the agreements contained in these general contracting conditions refer to all commercial relationships and contracts signed between Consumers and Users (hereinafter Consumers) and ARABICCV. These conditions will have an indefinite period of validity and will be applicable to all contracts and commercial transactions carried out through the Website owned by ARABICCV.
Access and use of the Website is the responsibility of the consumer and/or user, for which they undertake to use the contents in a diligent, correct, and lawful manner, exempting the owner of the Website, therefore, from any illegitimate use that the consumer and/or user may carry out of this website.
For the purposes of the General Conditions contained on the Website, “Consumer” will be understood as “Individuals who act with a purpose other than their commercial, business, trade or profession. Consumers are also legal persons and entities without legal personality that act non-profit in an area other than commercial or business activity” as established in the Article 3 of the Consolidated Text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users and other Complementary Laws, approved by the Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 and other complementary laws in force.
ARABICCV reserves the right to unilaterally modify the aforementioned general contracting conditions, without said change affecting the products or services that were contracted prior to said modification.
TERMS AND SCOPE OF APPLICATION

“User” shall be understood as the Consumer who browses and/or accesses the products and/or services of the Website by downloading content such as model resumes, cover letters, other services, and other related documents, of which it is responsible, as well as the veracity of the personal data provided to ARABICCV.
These general contracting conditions regulate the contractual and commercial relations between ARABICCV and the Consumers, the contract being perfected with the acceptance of the Consumer by checking the corresponding box during the online contracting process and/or content downloading.
USE OF THE WEBSITE
The Website, owned by ARABICCV, is designed for personal and non-commercial use. The consumer and/or user agrees to use this Website in accordance with the Law, adjusting their behavior to the current legislation and to these terms and conditions of use.
The consumer and/or user consents and accepts that they cannot carry out any of the following actions, without having in advance and in writing the reliable authorization of ARABICCV:
- Decompile the Website by any manual and/or automatic means for the purpose of non-personal use.
- Include the Website in a search index.
- Use robots and/or software on the Website aimed at preventing or limiting access to it.
- Use deep links, neither totally nor partially in any part of the Website.
- Use any device, software, or any similar mechanism that interferes with the normal functioning of the Website.
- Use the Website for illegal purposes and/or contrary to the law and good commercial customs.

CONDITIONS APPLICABLE TO THE USER’S ACCOUNT
The User agrees to make appropriate use of the content and services that ARABICCV offers through its Website. Access and use of the Website is the sole responsibility of the consumer and/or user, for which the latter undertakes to use the contents in a diligent, correct, and lawful manner, thereby exempting ARABICCV from any illegitimate use that may be carried out by the user of this Website.

CANCELLATION OF THE USER’S ACCOUNT
The user is solely responsible for the proper cancellation of his/her account and/or session. You can cancel your account at any time by sending an email to email@example.com. Once your account is canceled, all your content will be deleted within a maximum period of thirty (30) calendar days.
The User can cancel his/her account at any time.
ARABICCV reserves the right to cancel an account or prevent the use of the service to the user who breaches these terms and conditions of use, and/or when the user performs actions that are contrary to the legal system.
Likewise, ARABICCV reserves the right to cancel an account when users make illegal, improper use, or against public order and good customs of the Website owned by ARABICCV. For such purposes, the IP addresses of the users will be stored.
CONSUMER AND / OR USER ATTENTION SERVICE
For any incident, claim, or exercise of their rights, the user and/or consumer may send an email to the address firstname.lastname@example.org.
There is no relationship or association of any kind between ARABICCV, the owner of the Website, with the owners of the other web pages to which they are linked, so ARABICCV is not responsible for the web pages of third parties, or their usefulness, reliability, accuracy, or its contents.
ARABICCV is not responsible for any damage and/or loss and/or benefits not obtained and/or obtained by the Consumer or any third party that is harmed as a result of the opinions, statements, data, and/or content that, where appropriate, Consumers may issue directly or indirectly for any reason when making use of the products and/or services acquired through the Website, such as CV templates, cover letters, other services, and other related documents.
ARABICCV does not guarantee that the Website will function, without delays or interruptions due to fortuitous circumstances or force majeure, for which ARABICCV is not responsible for any damage and/or loss and/or benefits not obtained by the client or any other third party that is harmed because of them.
ARABICCV will not be responsible for failures that may occur in communications, including deletion, incomplete transmission, or delays in the referral, not committing itself to the transmission network being operational at all times. Nor will ARABICCV be liable in the event that a third party violates the security measures established by ARABICCV and/or circulates and/or transmits computer viruses.
The Consumer undertakes not to use this service for any illegal purpose or that contravenes the legal system.
In particular, ARABICCV is not responsible for the defective provision or interruption of the services it markets and provides in the following cases:
- Interruption of services as a result of network maintenance operations.
- Interruption of services caused by failures in the supply of electrical current to the equipment and devices used by the customer for services.
- Causes attributable to a third party or force majeure.
- Damages, of any kind, that are generated for any reason due to the fault of the User and/or any third party.
INDUSTRIAL AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
ARABICCV is the owner of the industrial and intellectual property rights and has any other legal title, right, license, or authorization, which allows the use of the materials included in the catalog and on the Website, in particular the photographs, descriptions, translations, graphics, among others.
The Intellectual and Industrial Property of the Website in its entirety, including its design, structure and distribution, texts and content, logos, buttons, images, source code, and any other sign related to all of them, to the website itself, as well as to all those related to the Services that are marketed through the Website, belong to ARABICCV, so it is prohibited, by any means and/or form, their use, exploitation, copying, reproduction, as well as their elimination, injury, alteration and/or modification, registration and/or registration request, either partial or total, temporary or definitive thereof and/or any other similar present and/or future without the express and written authorization of ARABICCV, without at any time It can be understood that there is any kind of license or authorization whatever its nature, total and/or partial, to any third party by ARABICCV.
APPLICABLE LEGISLATION AND COMPETENT JURISDICTION
If any clause of these Conditions becomes invalid or unenforceable, the validity of the remaining clauses will not be affected. The invalid clause will be replaced by the relevant legal provision.
The Spanish law will apply to these General Contracting Conditions. All discrepancies, claims, and controversies that may arise are submitted to the Courts and Tribunals of the city of Barcelona, for the cases of operative matters, and for non-operative matters to the legally established jurisdiction.
